Where do we deliver? +

We deliver within a 20 mile radius of our studio in Clairemont. If your not sure, please view the map below that highlights our address: 2640 Financial Ct. Suite Q, San Diego, CA 92117.

 

What days do we deliver? +

We deliver Monday – Friday, except for public holidays. We don’t deliver on weekends, except for Valentine’s Day & Mothers’ Day.

When should I expect the flowers to be delivered? +

Unfortunately we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Please choose a preference of AM or PM when placing your order. All orders will be delivered by 5pm. Please contact us if you require a more specific delivery window.

When do we need to order by? +

All orders must be placed with 24 hours notice.

Can I pre-order? +

Of course! Simply select the date you would like the flowers delivered on the order page. As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a message to confirm the upcoming delivery date!

How do I know my flowers have been delivered? +

You will receive an email confirmation when your flowers have been delivered. This might come in slightly delayed, but we aim to send you confirmation as soon as possible.

Issues with your order?

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you have any problems or you are not happy with our service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to make you happy! **Email us as soon as you can. Put ‘Help’ in the title if you think it will, well, ‘help’. We know that sometimes a recipient leaves work early, is sick or has moved offices. Because we operate on super-quick turn around times, we need 24 hours notice to change or cancel an order. But if you’re nice and the flowers haven’t already left the studio, we’ll do our best to accommodate any change. :) hello@studiopalma.co

What if no one is home to receive the flowers? +

We will always make sure your flowers are left in a cool, shady area. If you would like them left somewhere in particular, please fill out special instructions on the order page. Your flowers will have a water source as well to keep them nice and hydrated. All Studio Palma orders work on an 'Authority to Leave' system.

What is Studio Palma’s delivery policy? +

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure someone will be at the designated address to accept the order. Please note we do not contact the recipient prior to delivery, but will contact them if there are any issues with delivery.

Delivery to a business address: The reception desk/loading dock or another member of that business is able to accept the delivery on behalf of the recipient. If delivery is refused, the recipient and/or sender will be contacted*

Delivery to a home address: The sender is responsible to ensure the recipient is either home on the allocated delivery day or there is a safe place to leave the order. If there is no one to receive the order, however the area is deemed safe by our delivery driver, the order will be left unattended. In this situation the job is completed as a successful delivery and no one will be contacted. If an area is not deemed safe to leave, the recipient will first be contacted and if unavailable the sender will be contacted to arrange another delivery option, this is at the expense of the sender to do so.

*If we are unable to reach you on your provided contact number or email in a suitable time-frame for our driver, the order may not be able to be re-delivered on the same day. As flowers are perishable, that may mean a new arrangement is needed and will incur an additional charge for both the product and re-delivery. Plants and gifts may be re-delivered with only an additional delivery charge.
